A: We are currently building homes ranging in price from $125,000 to $250,000.  Depending on options and finishings we can tailor your home to fit your budget. Although we specialize in "starter" homes as well as custom homes for seniors we have built some beautiful large custom homes in the Derby area. A: We figure 3 to 4 months to build a standard home in one of our developments. For custom homes, the average is 4 to 5 months from the time excavating is started; however, it may take longer depending on the size and complexity of the home and the home site.

A: Absolutely! At Warren Homes we believe a home is a place that you should be able to make your own, and we realize that everyone has different wants and needs. Therefore, we will be more than happy to meet with you and make the changes you would like made to one of our plans, or help you create a home of your own design.

A: Sure you can. In the past we have had customers do their own painting and tile flooring, build their own decks, future finish in basements, etc., in order to reduce the cost of their new homes. Our goal at Warren Homes is to help you build the home of your dreams, and keep it within your budget.
