The reality is that Green Building has different points of emphasis for different customers: for many of us in Derby energy efficiency and cost reduction are key but if you or your children have severe allergy problems then air quality may be the most important aspect of your new home. We believe that finding the perfect fit for you means listening to your needs and educating you on all of the possibilities.

4. We have standard Green Features that we offer in all homes as part of the "Green Saving Green Program". We will certainly discuss those features and options and their cost benefits with you as we go through the planning process. We're also open to any ideas you may have and are always on the cutting edge of technology looking for new and creative ways to build value into your home. We offer and recommend independent third party testing and Green Certification of every home we build.

Other builders may consider their role complete after they do a quick walkthrough with you and hand over the keys. We will continue to provide personal service well after your home is complete. We do a new home orientation with you and give you warranty request forms to be filled out at 2, 6, and 11 months. At 11 months we will walk thru your home with you and ensure that any remaining concerns you may have are addressed.
